Empowering Teens Through Counseling

At The Counseling Club, our teen counseling sessions provide a safe and supportive space for adolescents to navigate the unique challenges of their formative years.

Through evidence-based practices and empathetic care, I assist adolescents in dealing with a wide range of issues, including:

​

  • Anxiety and Depression: Helping teenagers understand and manage their emotions to reduce symptoms and improve overall mental health.

  • Peer Relationships: Helping teenagers develop healthy, supportive friendships and resolve conflicts.

  • Self-Esteem and Identity: Assisting teenagers in their self-exploration journey and fostering confidence building.

  • Managing Academic and School Stress: Offering strategies for coping with school-related pressures and enhancing academic performance.

  • Family Dynamics: Improving communication and relationships within the family unit.

I aim to empower adolescents to develop healthy coping strategies, improve their emotional well-being, and build resilience for a better future. Each session is customized to meet the individual needs of the adolescent, guaranteeing personalized and effective support.

Sessions are conducted via Telehealth, generally lasting 45-60 minutes, and aligned with both in-network and out-of-network insurances.
